How Visiba Triage improves patient navigation

Fast, safe and efficient routing

HCPs need to trust that digital triage solutions are safe and accurate. Our AI-enabled model is able to handle multiple symptoms and adapts its questions and suggestions based on probability. This means it's able to be more accurate and provide more useful information than static forms or decision-tree models.  

The patient experience

Patients can access Visiba Triage through an app or desktop portal, where they describe their symptoms in their own words. The system then guides them through personalised follow-up questions, tailored to their responses, using probabilities to narrow down potential diagnoses and urgency suggestions.

The HCP experience

Visiba Triage supplies healthcare professionals with a succinct patient summary that includes confirmed and denied symptoms, images, urgency, and potential diagnoses. The healthcare professional is able to review the information and confidently decide on appropriate next steps. 

The feedback loop

Each time a clinician closes a case, they are able to feedback on the accuracy of Red Robin's differential diagnosis and urgency rating. This real-world feedback is used to continually improve Red Robin (the engine behind Visiba Triage) - ensuring the triage process becomes more precise, accurate and efficient over time.
